An Amazing Short Story By, Edgar Allan Poe

Long ago in Germany there was a old house with a old man and his care keeper. The care keeper had convinced his self he was not mad but really was. He said he loved the old man but his eye bothered him and made the care keeper want to kill the old man. The care keeper came up with a plot to kill the old man. Every night the care keeper would go the the old mans chamber to see if the eye was open but it never was. "I did this for seven long nights every night just at midnight but I found the eye always closed; and so it was impossible to do the work; for it was not the old who vexed me, but his Evil Eye."
