A Letter on Chronic Disease
I've been enjoying my school life recently but in the back of my mind I am still thinking about the future. People have often told me that when you are young you have a high metabolism so there is nothing to worry about. Is that true?

Gregory

Hi Greg,
The answer to your question is yes, however that doesn't mean you shouldn't take precautions. Lifestyle habits when you are young carry over to when your old, hence the "chronic" in chronic diseases.
