I hope you all enjoyed your extended weekend. We are approaching the end of the 4th Six Weeks and approaching our first STAAR EOC. I know we all are working hard to ensure we have a great end to this six weeks and are working diligently to ensure our students yield high academic outcomes on their state assessments.
I want to thank you all for a great day of collaboration and fellowship. I am excited to see the your ideas and improvements around our systematic processes. Each of you will present your system at our next Faculty Meeting, March 6.

Currently Working On
- Teachers work in collaborative planning teams to examine critically and discuss standards-based learning expectations for students.
- These teams select evidence-based instructional strategies for meeting the standards.
- Teams develop a common lesson plan incorporating the selected strategies and identify the type of student work each teacher will use to demonstrate learning.
- Teachers implement the planned lesson, record successes and challenges, and gather evidence of student learning.
