Join Us for College Bound in Style
Fashion Show & Vendor Sale!
We Want You to Join Us at the YWCP Fashion Show!
Please join us for the 2nd Annual "College Bound in Style" Fashion Show and Shopping Extravaganza to benefit the students of Young Women's College Prep Charter School.
Just like last year, this event will give attendees the chance to shop at 20+ local vendors of all things home, fashion, beauty, and travel, and attend a fashion show featuring many local businesses organized by Joan Lincoln, owner of Panache Vintage & Finer Consignments. In fact, you can be on the runway! Click here for vendor and sponsorship levels and benefits, including Runway Sponsor!
We offer exclusivity for the first business to sign up within each product category! Here are some of the vendors who have already sign on for this event:
- Mary Kay
- Eye 2 Eye Optical
- The Memorial Art Gallery Store
- Reckless Necklace
- Bella Bags
- Panache Vintage & Finer Consignments
- Rochester Woman Magazine
- Babo Botanicals
If you are not able to be a vendor this year, but would like to donate a raffle prize or coupon/item for the goodie bags (quantity 300), please contact Lauri Bonnell at email@example.com.
All proceeds will once again provide summer scholarships for the students that attend Young Women's College Prep Charter School. Last year's Fashion Show had more than 140 attendees and raised nearly $7,000 in scholarships for students - and we hope to double those numbers this year!
Thank you for your consideration!
Your Participation Makes a Difference!
Other students attended RIT's Smash Math Camp, Mountain High Adventure Camp, Dance Camp at Hochstein School, and the Hunger Games Camp by Writers & Books. Programs like these are critical to helping our students continue to learn and grow over the summer months, and creating an impressive college application. This would not have been possible without the support of people like you!

The mission of the YWCP Foundation is to break the cycle of poverty for young urban girls by increasing their economic self-sufficiency through improved leadership skills, career awareness, college readiness, and college access. To accomplish this, YWCP Inc. creates, implements, and supports innovative programs that educate the whole girl - academically, socially, and emotionally.
