Mammograms
Mammogram: X-Ray picture of the breasts. Checks for breast cancer. 54-74 year old's, should get check ups every two years. 40-49 year old's, should ask a doctor when and how often.
Pap Smear: While you lie on an exam table, the doctor puts an instrument called a speculum into your vagina, opening to see the cervix. then they will take a special brush and take a few cells to take back to the lab. Starting at 21 you should get a pap smear every two years. 30 or older every three years. 65 or older, ask a doctor if you should keep getting a test. you get a pap smear to prevent cervical cancer or STD's, etc.
