Aging with Gusto

FREE - Aging with Gusto Workshop

for Carver County residents!

It’s no secret: our society favors youth and shies away from aging. Prejudice against aging people comes with a twist: it discriminates against your future selves. Whether you’re 6, 60 or 106, we can’t change aging. What can change is how we view aging and how we treat one another, as well as ourselves, as we age.

What is Aging with Gusto?

A program of the Vital Aging Network, Aging with Gusto works to ignite a more positive view of aging, and encourages people to live life with purpose, enthusiasm, and energy. Led by trained facilitators, you will have plenty of time to engage in and learn from their best practices, as well as those of other participants.

Be a part of this 3-part session and sign up today! FREE

Wednesdays, September 29, October 6, and October 13

10:00 a.m. to noon at the Chaska Lodge, 1661 Park Ridge Drive, Chaska.
