This course is designed to engage participants in an in-depth look at Weikart’s Youth Program Quality pyramid and the research that supports the framework. Develop strategies to build stronger youth programs that engage young people in building relationships with their peers and adult facilitators. You will gain an understanding of how to operationalize research findings with strategies and examples to improve your program development and delivery. This training is designed for supervisors, middle managers and front line staff.
