January 19, 2022
Catholic Schools Week is an important week for us to celebrate with our students. What better way to kick it off than having our students help celebrate Saturday, January 28, 5 PM Mass with Father Ivan. Being active participants at Masses is one great way to celebrate the Catholic faith. Saturday evening our students will be at the door greeting you as you come in to church and assisting as altar servers. They will be helping with the singing, readings, petitions, and ushering. We are hopeful that most of our school families will be able to attend Saturday night Mass. All are welcome.
Remember, Archbishop Jackels will be celebrating Mass with our students on Tuesday, January 31, at 10:30 AM. We are honored that the Archbishop will be here. I invite you to join us at this Mass as well. What a great way to show your support for our students and our school.
Blessings,
Mr. Wiebers
FAITH
Service learning is faith in action. Students from Mrs. Schmitt's class interviewed a representative from Hospitality House this week to find out ways they can help the homeless. Stay tuned for more information on what they learned.
EXCELLENCE
SERVICE
One of our student jobs is being a member of the Gratitude Group. This team serves our school by letting people know their efforts are appreciated.
