Providing Feedback using Google Apps
The use of Google Drive is an effective way to provide feedback to both students and teachers.
I am really enjoying using Google Apps in the classroom. I am encouraging the students to either use Google Apps to create their files, or upload their files into their Google Drive. I then have them share their files with me so I can provide timely feedback. Next I need to have the students share files with me rather than individual folders.
Here is an example of how I have provided feedback on a Google Doc (click on the comments tab).
The use of Google Drive will be an effective way for teachers to receive feedback re their programs.
Kaizena Mini
Kaizena Mini is a Google add-on. It can be used to give both oral and verbal feedback. Tags can be used to link to elements in the assessment rubric.
Chalkup
Chalkup is another way that teachers can provide ongoing timely and effective feedback to students. Rubrics can also be developed and resources shared.
