Love your Passsengers!

One of our RCE Teachers, Mrs. Cheri Dickinson, unexpectedly lost her husband last year. She would like to celebrate his upcoming 40th birthday by encouraging people to do acts of kindness that include 40. Cheri has created the #404RobD along with a Facebook page for people to share what they did. This fits nicely into our Energy Bus Principle this month: Love Your Passengers.

At Rocky Creek, we will be hosting a Blood Drive on April 24th with the goal of collecting 40 pints of blood. Several of our grade levels, classrooms, and students have begun to participate, too. We invited all of our families to participate, too. Please share on Twitter by using the #404RobD, on the Facebook page #404Rob, or be sure your child tell their teacher. We want to make sure we know how all our Rangers are using "40" to Love Our Passengers through #404RobD.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Report Cards Issued

Report cards will be issued on Wednesday, March 22nd. Please contact the homeroom teacher if you have any questions or concerns regarding your student's report card.

Duty Free Lunch

We are delighted to show our appreciation for the RCE teachers by giving them the day off from lunch duty. A big thanks goes out to all of our volunteers who help make this happen.

Please make every effort to ensure your child's lunch fees are paid!

We appreciate you taking care of this!

The PTA Needs You!

The PTA is still seeking volunteers and looking for new board members to serve for the 2017-2018 school year. Contact Carolyn Beck for more information. 821-4200 or rockycreekpta@gmail.com

Note - Transportation Changes

This is a reminder to please contact the front office with any transportation changes for your student(s). Do not email teachers with any transportation changes. Energy Bus Principle #6: Love Your Passengers

We will be sharing ways to be a powerful force of positive energy and share love with your passengers. The more love you put out, the more that comes back to you. Be Kind/Help Others/Make a Difference. When you show love and kindness, you attract it right back to yourself like a magnet. Love is something that needs to be nurtured. When you love someone you want the best for them. The motions for Principle 6 are brought to you by our fabulous 1st grade team!!
