1. Bring On the Bring It On!
What we tend to get going tends to get going, and patterns in life can be broken down to our daily choices. How we think now will manifest itself into how we live tomorrow. We don't know what a day may bring, but we can always know what we can bring to the day. So, one great way to bring on the bring-it-on is to dictate how your day will flow vs. your day dictating how your mood will flow. Simply put, you can guide your day vs. your day's circumstances guiding you.
Have you been marching to your own mantra? It's a great way to keep the motivation up. The reason it's important to do the introspection to obtain your personal mantra is so that your soul can march to its own rhythm.
- Accept a new challenge.
- Embrace the storm.
- Find a quiet place to find out what's inside.
Obtain your own personal mantra, repeat and repeat until it becomes who you are.
Experience hardships like a champ! Embrace the rough waters, they are fine-tuning your life skills.
Express gratitude, it gives back energy.
Never settle!
Update your passion. Check your temperature. Are you hot right now? Are you engaged? Is your passion level where it needs to be? If not, re-engage. Stimulate new creativity, dream a new dream, venture out, specialize in what you specialize in, climb higher, go deeper, get wiser, compete again, bring your best!
Accept a new challenge. What's in your heart to do? What have you been putting off that you have wanted to do? E. Roosevelt stated, "Those things you fear, you must do."
Identifying what is important and having the courage to stick to that.
Understand how to not just manage, but overturn stressful behaviors in your life. Neel Burton, M.D., states, "People with positive thinking styles and social skills are in a better position to diffuse stressful situations."
Practice breathing techniques daily. As needed, breath in faith and exhale the worry.
Make a few small goals each week & accomplish them so you feel quick, short successes. Consistent small rewards can change your world in a few short weeks. Walter Elliot stated, "Perseverance is not a long race, it is many short races one after the other."
Set a specific measurable health & fitness goal every week. Stay SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound).

The spray tan is done using an airbrush application that consists of organic solutions. It contains an anti-aging, skin firming formula that can de-emphasize freckles, cellulite, stretch marks and varicose veins.
