Green Week-May 15-19
This year we are celebrating our annual Green Week with a Fitness Friday celebration! We will kick off the day by walking to school. Here is what you need to know about walking to school.
Walkers: We encourage students who live close and can safely walk to walk to school with an adult. We will have teachers at several neighborhood locations to meet students and walk to school.
Car riders: Those that are car riders will be encouraged to be dropped off at North Heartland Community Church. Drop off your child by 8:15am to begin walking to TR.
Bike riders: Ride to school as usual.
Bus riders: We will also have a walking opportunity for our bus riders. Buses will drop students off at North Heartland Community Church. Fill out the permission slip below to give your child permission to get off their bus and walk with TR teachers.
ONLY STUDENTS WHO RIDE A BUS NEED TO FILL OUT THIS PERMISSION SLIP. We would love everyone else just to join us!

We would love to have volunteers walk with us. Parents are more than come to walk with their students to school or come to North Heartland Community Church and walk with us from there. In the event of rain, your child will come to school as normal as the event will be cancelled.
Below is a map of where TR staff will be located to walk with students to school. The yellow highlights are where we will be.
Parent Portal
Sign up now!
This summer, besides seeing grades on the portal, families will be able to prove their residency online. Each household will need at least one guardian signed up for the portal to be able to do this and to update medical and contact information. Please call the office to get your GUID number to register for the parent portal right away!
