AVA Family Update
February 3, 2023
Good afternoon AVA Families,
Another regular schedule week next week, and the schedule is again pictured below.
I have three items of importance:
1. Wednesday night will be Blue Pride Night at the High School. Students who are considering coming back next year are especially encouraged to attend. The offerings and programs at AHS will be on full display.
2. The second is a reminder of the survey to identify where you are intending to go to school next year. For all students in grades 9 through 11, please fill out this form to get us going on your schedules for next year. Students must fill it out using their attleborops.net google accounts. It only takes a second. I've given students another week to complete it as most did not.
3. The midpoint of the trimester is upon us. We'll be entering progress grades next week and publishing reports the week after. As this is essentially the midpoint of the year, it is an excellent time to assess progress and make the necessary adjustments if improvement is required. And, again, February break provides a unique opportunity for our students to catch up.
The usual guidance and community updates are below and I thank you for your time.

Juniors and Seniors - Free Preview Day at Eastern Nazarene College
Want to get a taste of college life? Eastern Nazarene College is inviting high school juniors, seniors, and their families to tour and explore their campus. Seniors - Like most weeks, be on the lookout in your Attleboro student email for the AHS Guidance Dept. senior weekly update that will be emailed separately over the weekend.
As always, please email me at nng@attleboroschools.com with any comments, suggestions, and concerns, or to make a virtual meeting appointment. Have a safe weekend inside away from strong winds!
