Thanks to Clarissa Lopez for spear heading our Veterans Day celebration. It was a moving and memorable program. Thanks to TammyFern and all her helpers for decorating the stage. Our musicians did an excellent job and it was great seeing so many of our kids honoring our Veterans. Thanks Sarah Martinez and Eugene Centeno for some great music. I think this program is the best event we do at Hernandez Middle School.
Thank you Kristina Howard for joining me for Code.org training. You are pretty good at getting those pigs and monsters.
- Irma Bauer
Clarissa Lopez did a beautiful job of honoring the veterans and showcasing our talented students at the assembly!

I would like to thank Clarissa Lopez and the Fine Arts Department, as well as the Mrs. Johns, for their help in getting me set up for the dance. I hope I treated your equipment right! Also, big shout-out to Irma Bauer for helping me get connected and getting my music to play for the kids. It was a great time, and I could not have done it without you guys!
- Marco Baeza
Thanks Kristina Howard for a day of learning.
