Do you have an interesting career or know someone who has an interesting career that would like to present to our students? Our Shady Brook Career Day will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 8:30 am-2:30 pm. We need lots of speakers/presenters to share with our students. Any amount of time you can volunteer to speak would be greatly appreciated (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, half-day or full day). I will work around your schedule. Our Kindergarten - 3rd grade students will be having "Big Truck Day", so if you or someone you know has an interesting vehicle that they use for their job, we would love to have them present! Our 4th-6th graders will be having classroom presenters share about the details of their careers. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in Career Day, please contact me at 817-399-3161 or Thank you so much for your consideration in helping with our Shady Brook Career Day! J
