USD Writers and Artists Fair

Our students and teachers inspire us every day. We celebrate the opportunity to share select works here.

We encourage and invite all Union School District students to submit original art & literary works inspired by one of our four categories: Dreams and Aspirations, Grace and Gratitude, Hope and Kindness, and Courage and Strength. Examples of writing and art submissions include but are not limited to: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, music composition/performance, multimedia art, and digital art.

We look forward to receiving your submissions for our virtual showcase, formerly known as the USD Writer's Faire.

Student submissions will be accepted from now through Spring Break.

Submissions will then be reviewed and cataloged.

We will share a selection of entries in May.

Please note that only selected works will be showcased.

Come spend a fun evening learning some new tricks and tips for dealing with kids who won’t listen to you! Mary Eschen is a popular local parenting educator and podcaster of Parenting Decoded. Her entertaining style and energy will put you back in the drivers seat with some new ideas on how to parent. You will walk out of the event with techniques you can
put to use right away!
