Definition Of Liver Cancer
Liver cancer is cancer that begins in the cells of your liver. Your liver is a football-sized organ that sits in the upper right portion of your abdomen, beneath your diaphragm and above your stomach
Symptoms
Weight loss, Loss of Appetite, Upper Abdominal pain, Nausea and Vomiting, Yellow skin, Abdominal Swelling, and white chalky stools.
Causes Of Liver Cancer
There is no clear cause of Liver Cancer but there are some risk factors that could potential heighten your chances of contracting Liver Cancer. Such as drinking to much or having chronic liver infections.
Prevention
The most significant risk factor is HBV and HCV which is spread through used needles and unprotected sex which can be stopped by not using or doing these things.
Treatments
Surgery, Heating Cancer cells, Freezing Cancer Cells, Inject Alcohol, Into Tumor, Inject Chemo, Inject Radiation, Radiation and Targeted Drug Therapy
Diagnoses
Blood test, Ultrasound, Ct scan, MRI, and removal of a sample piece of tissue

Application
I learned that Liver cancer is more common in Pacific Islanders and Asians then Whites. I also learned that Liver cancer can be detected through blood test. The final thing i learn was new treatment methods for stopping or curing liver cancer such as Heating or Freezing the cancer and Injecting alcohol into the tumor.
