Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone also has room to grow as a storyteller! Members of The Newnan-Coweta Storytelling Group seek to improve their storytelling skills and learn new ones. Find your voice and develop your unique style as a teller. Interested in learning more about storytelling and sharing stories? Please join us!

For the December meeting members will be sharing holiday memories, classic stories and treats for a cozy, memorable time! If able to attend on the 10th, please call The Carnegie to reserve your spot -- 770-683-1347. Meeting will take place on the upper floor of The Carnegie at 1 LaGrange St. Newnan, GA 30263.

2:40 Member Introductions, "blessing" offering and Christmas Memories -- each person takes the stage for 2-3 mins to tell a practiced Christmas/holiday story, please practice story aloud and time not to exceed 3 mins

3:05 Michael Scott tells Scottish Christmas story with bagpipes

3:15 Larisa McMichael shares the story of the Yule Log and we will cut the Yule Log Cake to enjoy -- Let's be festive and enjoy one another's company!

3:25 Film: A Child's Christmas in Wales by Dylan Thomas. See/hear this masterful Christmas story done on film. 55 mins long. Those who need to leave by 4:00 may do so, others may finish up this delightful film and continue to enjoy treats.
