Microwaving food does not diminish the nutrients when done right, it’s actually one of the most nutritionally sound methods in food preparation. In 2012 divers discovered a 200 year old roman shipwreck that was so well persevered even the food was intact in its storage jars. Popular forms of fast foods include burgers,fries,pizza,fish and chips,kebabs and fried chicken!
Well known fast food restaurants include Mc Donald's, KFC, Pizza Hut,Taco Bell and Burger King!
As well as at restaurants, Fast food is sold at convenience stores and gas stations. Examples of this includes hot dogs,meat pies and doughnuts!
Fast foods are really bad for you!So remember not to eat to much and if you do try to eat vegetables,fruit and good stuff for you!
Relax With Beautiful Bath Salts
What you will need:
* 1 cup of washing soda
* A plastic bag
* A rolling pin (or something similar that can crush lumps)
* A bowl
* A spoon for stirring
* Essential oil
* Food coloring
1.Take the cup of washing soda and put it into a plastic bag. Crush the lumps with a rolling pin or similar object.
2.Empty the bag into a bowl and stir in 5 or 6 drops of your favorite essential oil such as rosemary, lavender or mint.
3.Stir in a few drops of food coloring until the mixture is evenly colored.
4.Put the mixture into clean dry containers and enjoy as you please.
Bath Salts are typically made from Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate), table salt (sodium chloride) or washing soda (sodium carbonate). The chemical makeup of the mixture makes it easy to form a lather. Bath salts are said to improve cleaning and deliver an appealing fragrance when bathing.
