Quarterly APAC Networking Cocktail

Featuring Dr. Strom-Olsen on Approaches to Management

We look forward to hosting current IE students from (or who take an interest in) APAC

As part of our dedication to helping develop a strong and well-connected alumni network in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, the International Development team responsible for APAC organizes quarterly networking cocktails that consist of:

1) An update on what IE is doing in the APAC region, from a market development and recruitment perspective.

2) A knowledge capsule, on a topic relevant to current events in APAC.

3) A networking cocktail component that allows for current students and Alumni to meet on campus to share thoughts on APAC, and to build a regionally-focused professional network as well.

For the 2Q15 APAC Quarterly Networking Cocktail we'll be hosting Dr. Rolf Strom-Olsen on the topic of Approaches to management in the knowledge economy. Foxes or Hedgehogs?

Come join us, it's free for both students and alumni! You may register by sending an email to asia-pacific@ie.edu

APAC Quaterly Networking Cocktail (2Q15)

Monday, June 29th, 7-9pm

Paper Pavillon at IE Business School on Serrano, 99 (Madrid Campus)

Regional Director for APAC at IE, Mr. Joël McConnell, will be giving an update on our key activities in 2014-2015, and give a sneak peak into what's coming in 2015-2016. He'll be looking for ideas from current students on ways to build the IE brand in APAC as well, so feel free to come ready with suggestions.

Dr. Rolf Strom-Olsen will be giving a 40 minute talk on Approaches to management in the knowledge economy, a topic of particular interest given the dichotomy that exists in management practices today.

Canapes and wine will be served after the event, to allow participants to network and discuss topics presented.
