IMAGINE Day - June 17, 2022
The HF-L District PTA is planning the annual IMAGINE DAY for our students. This is a day that involves the whole school and allows our students to explore hands-on activities that open their imaginations. The day includes; Inventions, Makers, Artists, Global Connections, Innovators, Nature and Engineers. In order to make this day a reality for our students, PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & GRANDPARENTS are welcome to engage students in one of the theme projects. We need you to share with our students your job, talents, hobbies or expertise. Any help you can offer - from planning and organizing an activity that uses your expertise, to donating resources, to showing up on the day to help kids explore. Any amount of time and effort is appreciated.
Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
All volunteers for Imagine Day need to either be registered in the Manor security system or submit a volunteer background check.
Collection Dates for Student Devices
Dear Manor Families,
It is hard to believe our school year is drawing to a close. As we prepare to wrap up the 2021-22 school year, we need to collect student devices, chargers, stylus, and hotspots. On the designated date below, students are expected to return all computers and accessories to school. They will continue to use them through the end of the year here at Manor, but no longer bring them home on a daily basis. Please return all equipment to your child's classroom on the following dates:
- Grade 2 - June 13
- Grade 3 - June 14
- Grade 4- June 15
- Grade 5 - June 16
Thank you so much for all you have done to support taking care of the devices, monitoring your child's digital activity and assisting with the balance of technology, play and creativity at home. All you do at home makes a difference for your child by reinforcing the Habits of Mind we teach here. Your partnership is both necessary and appreciated by all of us at Manor.
Kind regards,
Jeanine Lupisella
