Every Student... Every Day...
The Home Stretch...
Remember And Honor All Those That Paid The Ultimate Sacrifice For Our Freedom...
I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. The weather was perfect and I hope that people were able to get outside and enjoy family and friends. Additionally, I really hope that you were able to catch a Memorial Day parade. It’s always very important to remember, honor and never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice so we can enjoy the freedoms we all love.
Here are just a couple of quick notes:
MCAS testing is finished. I want to thank everyone for their hard work, attention to detail and continued support to help our students feel comfortable and prepared. I am so very proud of everyone.
As I stated last week, we will be conducting a practice lock down drill on Tuesday. We will be doing this in conjunction with the Charlton Police Department. I will send out a communication upon completion of the drill. Additionally, I will hold a Safety Q&A session at 1:00 p.m. Although I can’t give specifics as to our plan, I can answer general questions to help create a deeper understanding of what we do and why we do it.
Well, we are sprinting into June and the finish line is right around the corner. We have so many things going on over the next three weeks. Team Leaders will be communicating directly with parents and caregivers as to events. We are excited to finish off the year strong while celebrating all of the students and another job well done by everyone.
We are all looking forward to another great week at school. As always, please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
Yours in education,
Dean W. Packard - Principal
