How to Maintain These

You can go to the doctors regularly and get you blood pressure tested or if you are trained you could do it your self. you could also watch what you are eating like don't eat fatty thing like bacon or steak because that could clog your arteries more.

What Causes Hypertension

  • Smoking

  • Being overweight or obese

  • Lack of physical activity

  • Too much salt in the diet

  • Too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day)

  • Stress

  • Older age

  • Genetics

  • Family history of high blood pressure

  • Chronic kidney disease

  • Adrenal and thyroid disorders
