Principal Allen's Weekly Newsletter
January 13, 2020
Dear Spicewood Elementary Parents & Community Members,
Thank you for a great first week back! I know it can be difficult to get back into the swing of things after the break, but I am so proud of how smoothly our students transitioned into the spring semester.
This week, on Thursday and Friday, we will have our IB Evaluation Visit. Every five years, all IB schools must be evaluated to ensure the IB Standards and Practices of the programmes are being upheld with fidelity. I am thankful for the time our IB Coordinator Mrs. Jessica Oates, teachers, students and parents dedicated to prepare for the visit and feel fortunate to work with such an incredible team!
Have a wonderful week!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Allen
Spicewood Elementary Principal
