Lesson Objectives

The purpose of this lesson is for the students to have a fun and new way to get cardiovascular exercise and to understand more about their body and its different movements.

Time

This lesson should take approximately 30 minutes.

Activity

Whip and Nae Nae Workout

Now we are going to have a little bit of fun. I want you to watch this video (2) times. The first time watch and practice the different exercises the students do. The 2nd time I want you to do the workout with them!

Assessment

1 Minute Sit-up Test

Now you are going to take a 1 minute Sit-up Test. Click the play button on the timer below and when the clock starts, count how many sit-ups you can do in 1 minute!
