Thank you to BSA! Reynolds Brothers Presentation
Thank you to the BSA for the enrichment opportunity of our all school assembly with best selling children’s book author illustrator Peter Reynolds, illustrator of books such as The Dot, Ish, Sky Color, and Someday. Peter presents collaboratively with twin brother Paul Reynolds promoting the message of creativity, communication, and out-of-the box thinking. We were fortunate to be one of the first schools to receive a copy of our school library of their “yet-to-be-released” newest book Be You.

Reminder 4th Grade Parents Photos Needed for 4th Grade Yearbook and Parent Shout-outs!
Dear Fourth Grade Parents: WE NEED PHOTOS!
We are looking for school-related photos (save the baby photos for another yearbook) of your child and their friends during their time at Byam, perhaps from the science fair or the play? Maybe a field trip or a time you volunteered in school? If you have them, we want them.
We need photos from the 2019/2020 year but will also take photos from other years as well. Group photos are excellent, please do not hesitate to include them.
Please go to www.hjeshare.com and use the school code (case sensitive): Byam. Or you can download the Herff Jones app from your app store and make it even easier on yourself.
We cannot make this yearbook without your help so please take some time to look through your photos! Photos can be submitted until February 28th, 2020. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the yearbook committee at yearbookbyam@gmail.com.
Thank you!

Back by popular demand, Children's Stage Adventures will be returning to Byam School from March 23-27 to help us perform The Fisherman and His Wife. Once again, this program will be open to all interested students in grades 2 through 4. Please think about wether or not your child would like to participate during February vacation as registration will begin the monday we get back.
Please consider hosting one of our amazing actor/educators, Johnny Gordon and Heather Cooperman, in your home for the week. The host families from the last two years had only good things to say about the experience! If you would like more information about hosting please contact Emily Finkel at emjfinkel@gmail.com.
Secretary needed for the BSA
The BSA is in need of someone to step into the secretary role for the BSA meetings. This is a great way to be involved with the BSA and learn about all the news and events happening at Byam Elementary and the community. The role of secretary is help record what happens at the meetings and send out notes after the BSA meetings. The upcoming meeting dates are Mar. 11, April 8, May 13 and June 10, 2020 at 7pm in the Library. If you would be interested in helping out with this, please contact Laura Wilkinson at bsa.chelmsford@gmail.com.
Birthday Wishes for the Reynolds Brothers
During the all school assembly this week, the Reynolds Brothers mentioned that they have a birthday coming up in March. So many of the kids seemed to really enjoy thier interactions with the brothers, If any of the kids would like to make them a card, we can collect them in the office and make sure they find thier way to them. Please have all cards in by March 6th.
