Advise For Victims Of Bullying!

Tell someone, and be loud and clear!

Don't suffer in silence!

When telling someone about your story of being bullied, you need to be loud and clear, don't suffer in silence! In very serious cases, bullying can lead to self harming and suicidal thoughts, we want to reduce the chances of this happening as much as possible. Such as telling a teacher, telling your parents, a friend, just someone who's there to listen. Just know you're not alone, and that you're strong enough to get through it!

Bullying can be both physical and verbal, but there's one trick that can be very difficult, but very effective too. Ignoring them and not giving them a reaction is a very effective way for them to stop. Bullies are doing it for the reaction, so don't give them one. But nevertheless, ALWAYS tell someone you trust.
