Bucket Fillers - 40 YEARS OF BUCCANEERS!
- HATS OFF to JESSICA NAGLE! Jessica was the mastermind behind all of this year's Fun Run and she ensured an incredible event! Jessica said, "YES!" when we asked her to join the third grade team this year; however, she did not say, "NO!" when the PTA asked her to continue to spearhead the Fun Run! She has executed both beautifully!
- A BIG THANK YOU to CHUCK, SAM, AND CARISSA - OUR PE DREAM TEAM! Our PE peeps ROCK! From setting up, serving as the pace truck in the race, and distributing awards, our PE team helped ensure the success of our 31st Annual Fun Run!
- KUDOS to Our OUR TARGET TEAM for conducting a Target Eligibility Overview for parents this week. Lots goes into prepping for Target Testing...and we are in the midst of GAME TIME!
- WOOT! Thank you to ALL OF OUR PLC CURRICULUM LEADERS who spent the day on Tuesday immersed in Professional Learning in your content areas!
- THANKS to JILL HAWES who conducted parent training sessions centered on understanding Readers' Workshop and how to help students with reading at home.
- A SUPER SHOUT-OUT to our Counselors! They were recognized this week for receiving RAMP recognition at the GCSA. Spending time with Professional School Counselors from all over the state validated what we already knew - OUR COUNSELORS ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST! We are so fortunate that they impact our students, staff, and families every day!
- PROPS to all who presented and attended Professional Learning on November 7th! Appreciative for the feedback! We will publish/share!
