MATH
Barb Barkho: bbarkho@fulton58.org
Hello! My name is Barb Barkho. This is my 22nd year of teaching; my 18th year at FMS. I teach Math 8 and Advanced Math. I have two boys, one in high school and one out of school. I am a Student Council Co-Advisor and have been for over 10 years.
Ryan Stuhlmann: rstuhlmann@fulton58.org
Hello,
My name is Ryan Stuhlmann and I am very excited to be teaching 8th Grade Mathematics this year at Fulton Middle School! I have a background in Computer Science and Information Technology, but my true passion is teaching mathematics. My undergraduate degree in education is from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
St. Louis is where I grew up and where I have family, but Fulton is my new home. This is a wonderful, wholesome community, and it is my privilege to educate your children. In my math classroom, we focus on developing strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. We learn that everyone's contribution to the math discussion is equally important and valuable.
ENGLISH/LANGUAGE ARTS (ELA)
Emily Cathey: ecathey@fulton58.org
My name is Emily Cathey and I have been at FMS for 9 years. I absolutely love teaching 8th grade ELA, and helping your child become the best possible reader, writer, and person this school year. I originally grew up in Michigan, and graduated with my undergraduate degree in Secondary English Education from Western Michigan University. I moved to Missouri in 2006, and finished my masters degree in Administration from William Woods in 2014.
I have three wonderful daughters. My oldest is in 1st grade at Bartley Elementary, my middle daughter is in preschool at FEC, and my youngest is 6 months.
I enjoy camping, biking, swimming, playing and watching sports. Feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.
Thanks!

Hello!
My name is Ryan Krankowski, and I am thrilled to be your student's Social Studies teacher this year! This will be my sixth year at Fulton Middle School, and my eighth year teaching over all. I attended Miami University as an undergraduate, and William Woods University for my graduate degree.
I've always truly loved the Social Studies, and make it my duty to instill the same love of learning in students at FMS. I personally believe that teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity are the pillars to success in the classroom. You will frequently see your child working in teams, as investigators, and as experts on the issues we study in class!
You can always follow what we are doing in class by watching my Twitter feed @RyanKrankowski.
