Trotter Photo Information
Students, please contact Trotter photo in the next few weeks to set up an appointment over the summer to have your senior portrait taken.
The appointment book for Trotter Photo is now open for new seniors to make their senior portrait session. https://stpeters.timetap.com/ (Do not call---please sign-up here).
THIS IS FREE! You do not have to buy anything!
You can get other senior pictures taken elsewhere BUT they will not be used in the yearbook. We have to use Trotter.
Dear Senior Parents:
We still have over 100 seniors who need to provide proof of their MCV vaccine prior to starting 12th grade in August.
***If your student has already received his/her shot for their senior year please fax or email an up-to-date record to the nurse’s office as soon as possible. This will ensure a much smoother transition into the new school year. If you are not sure if your student is up-to-date, please call their doctor.***
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has mandated that the Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV4) will be required for all 12th-grade students. All students starting 12th grade shall have two doses of MCV unless the first dose was administered to a student who was 16 years of age or older, in which case only one dose shall be required. You may request a copy of your child’s immunization record by contacting the school nurse office.
Your child’s medical provider can provide more information concerning the vaccine and requirements.
Please provide proof of immunizations ASAP, to your student’s school nurse. This will allow ample time for the nurses to check compliance of each student’s immunization records. Students who do not have immunization proof prior to the first day of school will not be allowed to start the new school year until proof of vaccination is received.
Thank you for your attention to this important issue. Please contact the school nurse if you have any questions regarding this vaccine requirement.

2020 Grad Night
Dear Parents of 2020 Graduates:
Time is flying by, and before you know it, graduation for our current junior year students will be here. Research shows that the months at the end of the school year have some of the highest teenage traffic fatalities of the entire year. The night of graduation is especially dangerous for teens, as there is often alcohol involved.
The purpose of a Grad Night all night party is to provide a safe, sober, and supervised event full of fun activities for the kids to celebrate with their friends. Communities providing a lock-in party have significantly reduced alcohol and drug-related injuries and death on graduation night. Parents will have peace of mind knowing that their graduate is in a safe place and having the time of their lives without risking their lives.
The parents of the Class of 2020 are carrying on a Liberty Eagles tradition by providing our students with a Grad Night party they will never forget! It will be an evening filled with friends, food, games, and prizes.
There was a meeting on March 14 to discuss the beginning stages of planning our Grad Night 2020. Many parents attended and we voted on the venue and started signing up for various committees.

To register, send in a check for $80 made out to LHS Grad Night and put “Class of 2020” and your student’s name in the memo line. It is very important to note the “Class of 2020”. We will have a booth at SLAMM day where your student can bring in a check and register as well. Graduation yard signs will also be available to order at SLAMM Day.
Coordinating Grad Night requires many volunteers to make it all come together for a great night for our kids! Please let us know how you wish to help!
