IMPORTANT DEADLINE!
Say Yes Update
Say Yes Guilford has launched an online certification form that GCS graduating seniors need to complete in order to qualify for “last-dollar” tuition and other post-secondary scholarships. Here is a link to the form http://sayyesguilford.org/for-students/cert/. Students may also access it is from the local Say Yes website: www.sayyesguilford.org.
The certification form requires students (or their parents on behalf of their students) to establish an account with Say Yes Guilford and include guardian, contact and demographic information. The account will remain active until the student graduates from his or her post-secondary institution.
Creating an account and filling out the Say Yes Guilford certification form are requirements that must be completed before any scholarships can be awarded. In addition, students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), found online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The FAFSA helps determine student financial aid needs for college and also is a requirement for qualifying for a Say Yes scholarship.
