5th Grade Dance
Date: Friday, March 3, 2023
Where: DIS Cafeteria
Time: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
Music, Games, Photo Booth, Light Refreshments, Fun!
Transportation: Students must be picked up from school as afterschool buses will not be provided.
Primetime. Primetime students will be dismissed to Primetime after the dance unless otherwise indicated on the permission form.
Chaperones: The dance will be chaperoned by DIS Staff.
Dress Attire: Students will not be permitted to leave early and return for the dance and do not need to dress up for this event. We encourage students who have purchased the 2023 5th Grade T-Shirt to wear it on the day of the dance but the purchase of the T-shirt is optional. We want them to focus on having fun!
Cost: There is no cost to attend this event.
Code of Conduct: All students are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. Any students in violation will be removed from the dance and brought to the office for early pick-up.
We ask that all 5th grade parents/guardians complete this form by February 24th to indicate whether or not your child will attend the 5th Grade Dance. Students not attending the dance will be dismissed from school at the regular time.

The DIS Student Council and Primetime would like to thank those who contributed to the Sock Drive for local homeless shelters. We would also like to thank you for supporting teachers and classrooms with your donations to the School Store. The generosity shown by our families to support these endeavors is truly heartfelt and appreciated and will benefit our school and greater community.

After-Hours Transportation Emergencies
Should you need to contact Transportation after hours, please call (856) 764-8653 and leave a message. Your message will be routed to personnel from First Student, the transportation company, and someone will return your call immediately.

Elementary Lunch $2.70Adding an Account for Meal Payment- Lunchtime is the digital account service that you can sign up for to load your child’s account with money when they purchase breakfast and lunch. Follow the steps in this link to join.
As a reminder, lunch and breakfast meals are no longer free for those who do not qualify for the federal free and reduced meal program based on income guidelines. To determine if you qualify, families must complete an application. Applications are available here and on the district website. Please note that only one application per household should be completed.
