SHRM's 2016 Employment Law
& Legislative Conference
Are You Ready for What's Next in Heath Care?
While a full repeal of the Affordable Care Act is not likely in 2016, proposals calling for health care reform and the repeal of the ACA will likely dominate the campaign trail in the race for the White House. Not to mention, the future of the ACA will depend on the November congressional elections and control of the next Congress.
While congressional changes to the law in 2016 are likely to be minimal, regulatory guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is possible. In addition, the ACA's tax-related requirements remain complex, burdensome and, in some respects, unclear.
Join us at SHRM’s Employment Law and Legislative Conference, taking place March 14-16 in Washington, DC to learn more about these ACA-related topics and much more to keep your organization in compliance.
