Person and Family Centered Care Conference
This day-long conference will explore existing and new directions in aging and disability services based on the evolving person-centered, participant-directed model of care.
Speakers will outline current projects on national, state, and local levels with an emphasis on implications for Vermont. Workshops will explore a diversity of person and family-centered practices and applications.
