Resources
Please remind your students that the 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available as of October 1! The 2021-2022 FAFSA uses the data from the 2019 federal income tax return which, for most people, has already been filed so there is no need to wait.
Priority consideration for limited need-based aid is given to 2021-2022 FAFSAs filed by December 15, 2020. Visit www.studentaid.gov for more information.
The Pre-Professional Student Ambassadors are offering walk-in hours for Pre-Health and Pre-Law students via zoom this semester. PPSAs can help students navigate involvement opportunities, find research options, provide study tips for major exams such as LSAT, MCAT, and the GRE, connect students to campus resources and provide support and encouragement.
See https://ppao.uga.edu/resources/PPSA/ for full details.

.
The Peer Learning Assistants Program is an approved Experiential Learning activity, which is documented as an EL “Internship” on an EL Transcript (ELT). This may fulfill part of students' EL Requirement (ELR) depending on the student's major.
