  2. Create a Book Mark during Media Class using NLW theme.

  4. "Libraries: A Place To Read! Learn! Connect!" 3-5 library reading week - teachers please send your students in to the media center to sit around and read during the week of April 13th - April 17th. Most of them know how to check in and check out for themselves without interrupting my class. Let's make the media center a busy place. You can send them in during guided reading, or selected reading your choice - just send them in. You know who can and cannot handle the responsibility!!

Students can use electronic books from GCS bookshelf or Frazier bookshelf if the computers are free. They can read Reference books, Magazines, Newspaper's, Fiction or Non-Fiction books. Teachers if you want to have time to check out with your students, you can bring your whole class in and browse the shelves with your students. That way you can monitor the types of books they select. Come on in your media center!!!
