Office Reminders

Add it to the calendar!

Any event that is happening in your classroom, needs to be communicated to the front office. Email event details to the office so when parents call, we have the information!

The front office will add it to the calendar.

Please do not hang out in the office and have conversations. There is a great deal of important information that comes through the office and secondary noise makes it difficult to hear and decreases accuracy and increases the chances of a mistake.

Use your Office voice!

Teachers, select one area of the Marzano (DQ1-DQ4) tool that you have worked on this year and be able to present data showing the growth. Teachers who have been previously evaluated should use their previous year's evaluation to determine what area they should be working on.

Remeber, Student Growth is 40% of your evaluation rating.

Blank Evaluation Tool

I will also be using the ELEOT tool to give immediate feedback regarding the learning environment of your classroom.

What will Piper & Gold do for us?

P&G will be responsible for developing the majority of content, posting to social media, sending materials to the press and the link, while we’ll look to the Pansophia team to actually get flyers or letters into the hands of families, send out the email language and graphics we create or drop materials off locally.
