Map of the journey
Air is the main way of transportation for goods. Not only is it cheapest, but it is also the quickest way to get items from one place to another.
Large cargo ships are another option to get goods from India to the U.S.
Goods are delivered to store, from the headquarters, by truck.
How to solve pollution issues
How globalization effects me.
Globalization affects everyone around the world. The clothes on our backs or the phones in our hands can change people's lives. Goods and services provide jobs for many people. I chose this hoodie because it is something wear all the time and I thought it would be interesting to look into who actually made it. This product to me is just another hoodie but now after learning about how it was made, it is going to make me appreciate it a lot more knowing what people had to go through in order for it to be made. The struggles that people go through daily just to make a simple hoodie is very sad because many people in the U.S. take advantage of what we have and they don't see what really went into an item. After reading about the slave labor and hard work that goes into my goods, I will defiantly appreciate it more and think about its background. The technology, quality in life, and pollution is not nearly as bad as it is in other places around the world.
