The Blue Angel Weekly
November 28, 2022
Dear PCA Families,
As we enter this season of Advent, we are encouraging the students to prepare their hearts for Jesus by doing random acts of kindness. Here is a prayer you can pray with your children during Advent.
My Lord Jesus, I love You and thank You for this Advent season.
Please help me to understand all that You have done for me.
Your loving mother held You in her heart and brought You into this world.
Help me to do the same.
My loving Jesus, I choose You, this Advent, as my King and my God.
Draw me close to You and help me to see my sins so that I can change the things that You want me to change.
Mother Mary, pray for me this Advent so that I may do all that God wants me to do.
You said “Yes” to all that God asked of you. Please pray for me that I may do the same.
Come, Lord Jesus,
Come, Lord Jesus,
Come, Lord Jesus, come!
I love You, Jesus.

A fond farewell
"May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."
May God bless you always, Mrs. Fitzsimmons!

Anyone who tests positive must stay at home for 5 full days before returning to school on Day 6, provided that there has been no fever for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicines and that other symptoms are improving. (Please note that the first day of symptoms is considered Day 0.)
Siblings of positive cases may continue coming to school as long as they are not exhibiting ANY symptoms. Please use good judgment when sending siblings to school based on the amount of exposure they have had with the positive sibling.
Youth Ministry: Please be sure to register your youth using the link below so you can be added onto our weekly email list. Middle school events will occur in the coming months as we accumulate more adult volunteers but please still register your youth so you can be updated about possible events occurring in the ministry, at the parish or in the diocese!
Young Adult Ministry: We are combined with the young adults from St. Paul Catholic Church, so events alternate between both parishes. Register to be put on our young adult email list to hear about upcoming events!
Adult Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering with our youth ministry, please use the link below to inquire about becoming a part of our adult volunteer team! There are many ways you can be involved- check out the youth website to find out more!
