A person who is lifting weights is an example of muscular strength because they are working the muscle in the arms.
A person doing push ups is an example of muscular endurance because your moving your muscles up and down.
A person going over the hurdle is a example of agility because he is changing his body movement every time he goes over.
A person stretching is an example of flexibility because she is moving various parts of her body.
A person measuring themselves is an example of body composition because she is comparing her body fat.
The people skating is an example of speed because they are able to move there body quickly.
A person on a beam is an example of Balance because she is able to keep an upright posture while still.
They are an example of coordination because she is focused to hit her hand to his.
These people are examples of Reaction Time because they are focused to get out quickly when the gun pops.
A person using weights is an example of power because he is doing it with force and exploding.
