The Mobile Dentist is an opportunity for students to see a dentist during the school day. If you have dental insurance, that information will be submitted to the company running the program. If you do not have dental insurance, grants are available to help cover the cost of the service.
Mobile Dentist forms will be sent home with students on Monday, December 9th. They are due back to classroom teachers by Monday, December 16th.
The Mobile Dentist will be at VFES on February 4th.
Please call the VFES office if you need additional forms or if you have questions.
It is not too late to sign up for this extracurricular opportunity. Please contact the VFES office at 812-752-8925 if your child is interested in participating.
Also, if you signed a permission slip for your child to attend Club 316, but do not want him/her to attend the activities on December 10th, please call our office by midday on Tuesday, December 10th so we know what the after school plan should be for your child.

You can also opt out of these messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.
