what is an entrepreneur?
An entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business, taking on financial risks in the hope of a profit. They see opportunity's which other people do not to meet unsatisfied demand or to improve the performance of an existing business. They belief that this opportunity can be made real through hard work.

Some example of entrepreneurs are:
Richard Branson: Creator of virgin media
Bill Gates: Creator of Microsoft office
Jack Dorsey: Founder of Twitter
Steve Jobs: Founder of Apple products
Simon Cowell: Owner of Syco record label
Organization
Organization is important to run an successful business because as an entrepreneur that you have the ability to plan ahead and also and to make sure that the resources that they invest into the opportunity are organized effectivly
Risk management
There are a lot of risks involved in starting a new business so it is important to be able to manage them risks. an entrepreneurs are willing to calculate the risks and managing them by taking informed decisions to limit the chance of failure.
Selling
Entrepreneurs can persuade potential customers about how they plan to exploit opportunities.
Commitment
It is important to be committed because when things get tough you will need to keep going and work really hard to get your business up and running.
Determination
You have to be determinded to keep going when things get hard and no matter now much you fail and how much you lose just keep getting back up and working towards you goal.
Leadership
Leadership is important because if you are a bad leader and don't know what to do and how to be a good leader then your company will fall apart because of employees being confused on what they need tho do.
