So you have a fitness resolution. Where do you start?

  1. Know WHY. Why do you want to get fit? (Health reasons? To look better? To Feel better?) If it’s not important to you, you won’t have the motivation to continue.
  2. What are you going to do to achieve your goal? Specifically define what you are going to do to attain your goal. To achieve a goal, you must have plan to make it happen.
  3. How are you going to accomplish your goal? How are you going to put your plan into action? Make yourself accountable. Put your plan into action!
