Great Depression
By. Braylon Barbour
Time period
1929-1939
President
Herbert Hoover, and Franklin Roosevelt.
What caused the Great Depression
The Great Depression was caused by the stock market crash of 1929.
How did it impact the people in America
Badly because some rich people had no effect, but it mostly effected the lower classes because of the no employment rate and the stock market crashed.
How did we get out of it
The Great Depression ended with the start of World War II. The wartime economy put many people back to work and filled factories to capacity. Then what also helped was some of the laws president Roosevelt had during the new deal.
