Submitting Your Annual Compliance Report for 2021

Course Description:

This session is intended for project owners, compliance managers and property staff who work with the Section 42, HOME and/or other affordable housing rental programs that report direction to AHC. This workshop is designed for those who are responsible for setting up, entering, and maintaining information on CHART and assumes a solid knowledge of tax credit and HOME compliance requirements and reporting processes. Coverage of content surrounding both CHART and Annual Owner Certification.

Attendees will learn how to set up PY2021 CHART (each tab of the Excel spreadsheet will be covered in detail). The course also includes a review of the updated 2021 CHART User Guide and a review of common errors from the previous reporting year.

AHC shares with suballocators, participating jurisdictions and other appropriate agencies regarding organizations and staff that attend AHC training workshops. Properties with significant or multiple noncompliance findings, particularly those related to topics covered in AHC trainings, may be subject to additional re-review or inspection fees.
