Water is the most essential nutrient because without water you will not be able to survive. You can go weeks without food, but only a few days without water. All the food you eat whether its healthy or unhealthy gets removed from your body by water. Alot of women have the motto "I'M NOT MODEL SIZE," well little to their knowledge water makes up 55-75% of their body weight. Water s an essential nutrient everyone should intake because its our most important componet of our metabolism.
