3rd - 5th Grade Standards Analysis

Includes benchmark standards from 1st, 2nd, & 3rd quarter as well as repeated standard & growth based on school & district comparison

K-3 Vertical Alignment Planning Sheet

Grade K-3 work collaboratively & vertically to plan & create focus lesson, activities for dailies, & assessments. Be sure to discuss intervention block needs (i.e. use of Mrs. Dockery in 2nd & 3rd grade) as well as writing instruction & the TRC.

4-5 Content Specific Planning Sheet

Grades 4 & 5 will work in content specific pairs to plan & create focus lessons, activities for dailies, & assessments. Be sure to discuss intervention block needs, grade level schedule changes (i.e. recess) that will directly impact instruction.

RTI Updates & Wrapping Up the 2015-16 School Year

  1. Update all RTI folders based on 3rd quarter benchmark data (paper & in Google docs)
  2. Ensure that all interventions are being documented accordingly through June 2016
  3. No more RTI referrals will be made for testing for the remainder of the school year. Classroom teachers, you are responsible for ensuring that RTI folders are ready for the next grade level's teacher in August 2016.
  4. Mrs. Fisher will be scheduling individual teacher RTI Check-Outs beginning on June 1st. You will be turning in all RTI folders, completed paperwork, & checklists. Mrs. Fisher will store these folders in a secure location for distribution once class lists for the 2016-17 school year are confirmed. Dr. Hemphill will attend all RTI check out meetings to sign off on folders as well.
  5. If you have questions or concerns prior to June 1st, the Instructional Lead Team would encourage you to see Mrs. Fisher, Mrs. Tucker, or administration to ensure that your folders are prepared appropriately!
