Second Grade News
Week of April 4-6
Welcome Back!
I hope that everyone had a restful Easter weekend and that everyone enjoyed the extra snow day. Hopefully now spring weather will stick around!!
This week:
We finished up reading some folktale books and identifying the theme. We practiced words with the patterns ere, ear, and eer during our Daily 5 time. We had our first Junior Achievement class. Thank you to Mr. Amundson, our community leader, for teaching us all about jobs in our community and the importance of working together. In math we are beginning to learn about data sets.
