Family S.T.A.R. program offers an online presentation to give you the tools you need!
Lisa Math, Director of Family S.T.A.R. program of Family Network on Disabilities, will share information about the family unit, the impact on the family unit of having a loved one with special needs, lived experience examples, information on systems of care, patient-centered care, and caregiver stress and burnout. The program gives a unique perspective to the participants, along with the opportunity to ask questions to gain more insight.

Lisa Math serves as FND's Director of Family S.T.A.R. (Support, Training, Assistance, and Resources) program. She is a parent of a young adult with both medical and mental health challenges, and she uses her lived experience and professional training to support families and professionals across the state.
Family Network on Disabilities has been supporting families and youth (age 26 and younger) with all disabilities since 1985. We provide information, resources, support and trainings to families, caregivers, youth, and providers.
