Thank you for coming to Curriculum Night last Thursday. I enjoyed meeting and speaking with you. I am already in love with this group of 4th graders!!! I look forward to working with you this year to ensure a successful learning experience for your child.
We are currently learning the ins and outs of 4th grade. For this reason, there has not been a lot of homework. That will begin to change as we move forward. If you have any questions regarding homework, please email or stop by after school so that we can chat.
Our MAP testing is going well. It seems to be less stressful for the children than previous testing formats. I look forward to using the data from this assessment tool to meet the learning needs of all our 4th graders. We will assess two more times this year to monitor growth.
